Deer Creek Christian School believes a Christian education is God-centered, family-supportive, and child-focused. Our philosophy is based on the God-centered view that all truth is God’s truth and that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God containing this truth. The curriculum proceeds from a Biblical worldview and integrates Biblical teaching in all subject areas. In addition to academics, students are taught Godly character qualities and are encouraged to develop and demonstrate these qualities.

Deer Creek Christian School recognizes its position as an enlisted partner with parents in the education of their children. As such, we seek to cooperate with the families and aid them in their student’s development, especially as it relates to the school program.

We view children as “whole persons”; thus our responsibility for the students encompasses their spiritual, academic, emotional, physical, social and creative needs. DCCS allows students to excel in a caring, ordered, challenging, and thoroughly Christian environment. Children should be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for responsible living and effective service to God.

Excellence in education must begin with Christians who are resolved to serve the Lord with their heart, mind, and soul. Though a Christian school can provide an atmosphere conducive to academic growth and spiritual development, it is the dedication, vision, and servanthood of a school’s faculty and staff unified with school families over common goals that ultimately ensure the best education.
